Group Personal Training

Train with a group personal training specialist (gpts) in a private environment designed to provide comfort and give you the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals.

Group Personal Training Classes:

Only $20 per class, if you are a current one on one personal training client classes are discounted to $10 or  $100 per month, per class

Womens Health and Fitness:

Women are realizing the benefits of exercise and its importance in managing their longterm health. But many women are new to exercise. This 2 day a week program provides a method to introduce exercise to women of all fitness levels while addressing the common conditions that affect women of every age.

Group Run:

Group runs accomplish many goals for your cardio training program. They also bring people together, both seasoned and newer runners. They create a social atmosphere for the group that supports a runner’s training needs, and more.

Group Biking:

Group biking brings people together, while helping you achieve your cardiovasular training goals. They create a social atmosphere for the group that supports a biker's training needs, and more.

Group Medical Exercise Classes: Tuesdays and Tursdays at 2:30pm

MaxFit Bootcamp: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am

Bootcamp is a fun and dynamic way to burn fat. You will find that our high-energy Group Exercise MAXFIT classes are a powerful ally in weight loss. The combination of heart-pumping movements, and an instructor-led group setting—plus regular schedules—all helps to burn those pounds away. Did we mention there is absolutely no monthly membership fees?

Yoga For Everyone: Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am
