Nutri-Sport
Thursday I went down to Nutri-Sport located in Manhattan at 237 W. 15th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue to meet with the owner Angel about a possible sponsership. Nutri-Sport is a vitamin and supplement store. View the video below to see what transpired. I will be helping Angel with his website and be on the lookout for a follow up video in two weeks.
Leg Extensions
To be competitive in bodybuilding your legs have to be both massive and seperated. My legs are currently 25 inches and they are well seperated. I get my seperation from doing leg extensions. I use leg extensions to warm up my knees and sometimes I'll do them again as a finisher. In my current routine I am performing 5 sets of 15 reps to start my leg training on leg day. Here is a video of mondays session.
After I finished my 5th set my legs already felt like they were destroyed.
Uni-Lateral Low Cable Row
New York INBF natural bodybuilder Avadean Lewis, Bronx track star Marvin Campbell, New Rochelle personal trainer Hector Rosado and Westchester fitness enthusiast Richard Romero train their lower lats in this wokout video by doing uni-lateral low cable rows.
Low Cable Rows are my favorite lower lats exercise. It provides a great stretch for the lower lats and has produced great results for me. To make sure my lats develop equally I do the uni-lateral version every now and then. Also I must note that low cable rows are far more effective than t-bar rows.
