I only met you last summer but it felt like I knew you forever
You made me feel like family and you supported me
When I needed pictures for my website you said you’d take them for free
You were so filled with life even though life wasn’t always easy
You never let anything keep you down
When it came to your cousin losing weight and getting healthy you was all for it
You were always there to congratulate
I know you wanted to see us on Oprah and it sucks that you won’t in the flesh

Weeks From Hell
The last two weeks have been horrible. 1st I catch a cold, fine I can deal with that. Then I wake up with a stress fractured left ankle only God knows how it happened. Then to top it all off my phone fell last night and shattered. It's just been one headache after another. I only mentioned the 3 biggest headaches, you know what they say when it rains it pours so I'm praying for better days.
I can't wait till tomorow to get in the gym and lift some heavy weights, that always makes me feel better.

Sometimes things get so rough that I just wanna breakdown and cry
Can't seem to win no matter how hard I try
Promised myself no matter what I'm not gotta wither away and die
I pray to God for health and strength
Trying to do more than just survive
The pressure builds sometimes it seems too great
I refuse to break
Struggling daily to have a better life
Hoping one day I'd find myself a wife

I wrote the poem below for all the lovers out there. For all those who have that special somebody in their lives send this to them and let them know they are that special someone in your life. If you don't have that special someone yet then read this and keep it in mind because when you find that special someone you'll feel something like this. Remember Love is God's greatest gift.

Success
Success is a journey not a destination.
Is that true or do they just say that so you don't feel bad about not reaching your destination?
Well, I'm not sure.
My destination is a BMW M3, a big house on a large amount of land and a beautiful wife.
I wanna be on magazine covers, win natural bodybuilding trophies and be on your television.
There's so much I wanna achieve.
The journey has been a very rocky road filled with ups and downs.
Everything seems to happen for a reason.
Everyday I pray God guides my step.
Yes I'm on the path to success.
I just wish things would move a little quicker.
All I need is one good shot at success.

Surroundings
You are a product of your surroundings and that's a fact. So be careful of who and what you surround yourself with. Your surroundings will make achieving every goal you have in life easier or harder.
I have been blessed to be surrounded by great people. I have 4 friends that's like my brothers Clint Reese, Jason Mills, Jason Nolasco and Saint. We have the mentally that if one of us make it we all make it so we supported each other no matter what. If I ever need help I know these guys will come running because they have before. They are only a part of my team even though they are extremely important in my life. On the other hand there is Rosemarie Marescie and her family. They have help me in so many different ways and they have become an important and motivating force in my life. There is also the guy who taught me a lot about the Internet and how to use it to my advantage, Dallas Plummer. Without him this website probably wouldn't exist and definitely wouldn't be as successful as it has been. He is an SEO and SEM expert and the man to call if you want to improve your online presence. Most importantly I have my mother who has been most important considering she raised me by herself before and after my father died when I was 5 years old. She has my back no matter what. That's just a few people I surround myself with it would take forever to go down the list but the people on it know who they are.
Remember your surroundings affect all aspects of your life and you can always make changes. However the hardest thing in life is figuring out which bridges to burn and which to cross. So be wise and make good choices. You can choose your friends but not your family however you don't have to be around everyone in your family.
In other news there might not be any new videos for a while because I have to figure out a location to film them in. I could go into detail but that's a story for another entry. Also I will be doing a professional photo shoot this weekend so be on the lookout for those pictures coming soon.
Keep a positive mind set in all that you do and you will succeed.
