BMW M3

My favorite car is the BMW M3.  So here's a bit of it's history:

The 1st generation E30 BMW M3 was produced from 1986 to 1992.

The 2nd generation E36 BMW M3 was produced from 1992 to 1999.

The 3rd generation E46 BMW M3 was produced from 2000 to 2006.

The 4th generation E90/E92/E93 BMW M3 was produced from 2007 and will be produced till 2013.

The 5th generation BMW M3 is set to begin production in 2012.

 

My plan is to hold off and buy my BMW M3 in either 2013 or 2014.  I don't want to get it the 1st year the 5th generation is released because a car always has problems within the 1st year of production.  All I know is I have to get the coupe version in black, red or white.

September, October & November Diet and Routine

Day 1: Legs
There are is no specific exercises for this routine.  Leg day consist of super-setting quads and hamstring exercises to completely breakdown the muscle.  So it will build back up more separated and striated.

Day 2: Chest & Back
Chest will be super-set with Back.  So it will be a push pull day.

Day 3: Shoulders & Arms
Shoulders will just be a lateral tri-set day.  Arms will be a biceps triceps superset.

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Start the cycle over again

 

Every body part will get trained twice a week and there will be one day off for complete rest.  This routine will be brutal but I am confident it will get me in he best contest shape and help me walk off the INBF world championship stage with a gold trophy.

 

Diet:
Meal 1: 12 Egg Whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: PB&J on wheat bread
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, 2 cup reen salad, 1 cup Black Olives
Meal 4: 1 can Tuna
Meal 5: Chicken Breast, 1 cup Spinach, 1 cup Black Olives
Meal 6: 1 can Tuna
Meal 7: Chicken Breast, 1 cup Broccoli, 1 cup Black Olives
Meal 8: 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1 cup Blue Berries

The Diet is not as brutal as you will see most competitors use because I am very lean to begin with so I don't have to be as strict as the average person.

Love

Seems everywhere I go that word haunts me
Everyone wants to be but what does it truly mean
Its easy to say but hard to do
It should be unconditional and true
It shouldn't take anything from you
It makes you do things you wouldn't normally do
It's the only way to experience the greatest happiness and the worst pain
It can even drive you insane
If you find it true you have it all
With the right person its easy to fall

Breath

I understand that I did wrong

Developing Great Legs, Back, Abs & Arms For Females

Below is a circuit training routine to develop  Legs, Back, Abs and Arms and it is tailored for females.  The circuit should be completed 3 to 4 times.  You go from one exercise to the other without rest.

 

Squats 15 to 25 reps

Romanian Deadlift 15 to 25 reps

Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press 10 to 15 reps

Bent Over Dumbbell Row 10 to 15 reps

Dips to failure

Reverse Grip Bent Over Barbell Row 10 to 15 reps

Dumbbell Lunges 20 to 40 reps

 

After the circuit is completed for 3 to 4 times you move on and do abs.  I'm not going to give specific ab exercises but train them in a circuit by doing an exercise for lower, then upper, then obliques and lastly an exercise for your core. You want to do this 3 times and your rep range should be 10 to 25.

 

After the ab circuit move on and do 30 minutes of cardio.  Use the treadmill and do interval training, run for 2 minutes then walk for 3 minutes and repeat.

 

Try this out and I'm sure you will see great results.

My World

My world is comprised of iron
It speaks only truth
Egos should be left at the door
My world is filled with pain
It'll make you shed tears
Fears should be left at the door
My world is drenched with sweat
Closed minds should be opened at the door
My world is painted in blood
You have to be strong mentally, physically and emotionally or else you won't make it in my world for long
