New Mission

I've been putting up big numbers this week, Monday I benched 315lbs and yesterday Deadlifted 405lbs.  I'm well on my way to getting to 225lbs.  My team is doing well also, Taylor Boyd is up to 320lbs and Dru is cutting down to 175lbs for his contest in June.  I'm also going to do a contest in June.  June 27th to be exact in New York.  Decided to keep it local this year and compete as a novice so I don't have to worry too much about my weight.

Life

       So Saturday I ran into my ex fiance on the train.  It was like something out of a movie, I'm sitting in the train and she gets on and just happen to sit across from me.  She said hi and we ended up conversing the entire way, we ended up getting off the same stop.....  I'm not gonna go into detail about the experience on this blog definitely will in the future on my life blog.

       There's two cars that I must have to make my life complete, a Ford Mustang GT and a BMW M3 coupe.  So I decided not to settle, my first car is going to be the cheaper of the two the Mustang GT.  So I'm going to exercise a little patience and make it happen.

Sometimes I get caught up in the things I want: car, house, fame, money, and etc. that I forget to relax and have patience.  Your always going to want so if you keep focusing on the wants then you'll never enjoy life.  So now I'm kicking back and tackling life one day at a time and trying not to get a head of myself.

My Life Soon Sort Out

Saturday I took a break from doing bodybuilding stuff and did some S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) related stuff.  Went to the United Nations and basically just toured Manhattan.  Had a great time and ended the day by feasting at Outback Steak House.  I've included pictures and videos from yesterday.

Long Week

This week has been very long and it hasn't really gone according to plan.  I've been having to deal with clients canceling and trying to juggle my schedule around to squeeze everyone in.  I did get to train a bunch new prospects which will hopely turn into actrual clients.   I been training really hard which seems to be paying off.  However I have a lot of things on my mind which are stressing me out a little but I'll be fine.  Just have to figure out the changes I need to make to get to where I wanna be.

Loving It

Ok yesterday I didn't get a chance to post but I workout arms with Hector and it was great.  We got really pumped up and we had lots of fun doing it.  We did a few videos also which will be up on splaxon.com  soon.  In the night I did some power cleans with matt and maxed out with a 225lb clean.  Now my traps are killing me but it feels good.

Back On Track

Ok so new week and my first day working out again. I think the week off did me some good. My body definitely benefitted from the rest and I am ready to get cracking on my goal. I want to get to 225lbs with below 10% body fat by the end of June. So that's 35lbs in 10 weeks, roughly 3.5lbs per week, which is extremely hard to do but I think I can pull it off. In other news I'm having a party on May 23rd at the Radisson in New Rochelle from 7pm to 12am then the after party will be in the club downstairs. So we partying till 4 in the morning. Everyones invited. Hit me up for details.

Summer Body Tip 15

Make sure you eat breakfast.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you went however long you slept without food.  Try to eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking.   If you wait too long to eat breakfast your body will go into starvation mode and store fat.

Summer Body Tip 14

Train with company.  Training with a friend or personal trainer can take your body to the next level.  Not everyone can push themselves to the limit.  Having that person there to give you that extra push can really help you out.  It makes workouts more exciting, which will inturn make you work harder.

Summer Body Tip 13

Change things.  It's important to change up your workouts every month or two to shock your muscles.  If you keep things the same then your body will adapt and stop responing.  You can change anything, number of sets, rep range, exercises or simply the order of things.  So every month change something so you continue receiving results.
