Not everyone can make it to the gym for various reasons, scheduling, medical conditions, comfort, etc. Understanding this we offer you the convience of training in your home by having a certifed personal trainer come to you. If you have a medical condition that limits your ability to ambulate freely we will have a medical exercise specialist help you manage your medical condion and improve your level of function in the comfort of your own home.

Online Personal Training
Finding a personal trainer in your area that understands how to work with your injury or medical condition can be challenging. We specialize in managing medical conditions through exercise by designing fitness programs with an understanding of what exercises you should and should not do. If you do not live near New Rochelle, NY, we now offer a program that will work for you, right where you are. We do a thorough medical history and physical activity readiness questionnaire, over the phone using face time. We then design a workout program and video all of the exercises you need to do in order to help you achieve your goals. We work with over 60 different medical conditions, and we will do all we can to educate you about how to exercise with your medical condition or injury.
We are not physical therapists, nor do we represent ourselves as that. We provide exercise programs for those with medical conditions and can work with your physician, chiropractor, or physical therapist to develop an exercise program that will be safe and effective in helping you achieve your health and fitness goals and improve your overall quality of life. Even if you do not have a medical condition but don't have time to make it to the gym you can take advantage of this program. This way you eliminate the drive to the gym and the excuse that you don't have enough time. You owe it to yourself to spend at least 30 minutes a day working out.
Our program includes a custom video, performed by one of our personal trainers. We will shoot, edit, and create a personalized video that is easy to follow. Your options can range from 1-4 different workouts to rotate throughout the month. Your video(s) will include advice, strength training exercises, cardio advice, flexibility exercises, etc… We will tell you everything you need to know to make sure you are successful. Each month we will progress you as we help you move closer to your goals.
